How to Set Program Cutoff (Depricated)

NOTE: It is no longer possible to set a cutoff date from within the enrollment system. UI still exists as it was stated that this functionality may return.

A Program Cutoff is the number of days before a given start date that students are allowed to submit applications for that start date. For instance if the Electro-Mechanical Technologies program had a 7 day cutoff, and there was a start date on Thursday Aug 25, students would be able to sign up for that start date up until Aug 18. After that the Aug 25 option would not be available for the student to select in the enrollment system.

** After a cutoff date is set, any impacted start dates in the cutoff window will no longer show in the program editing UI.

To Set the Cutoff Days

The number of days for the cutoff can be set in the enrollment admin system by Super Admins. This setting can be specified per program per campus. Update the setting by navigating to the edit screen for the program in question and updating the in put at the top right of the screen.
