How To Change a Student's Program and Other Options

The rep, campus, and program options in the enrollment system are all automatically set on every application based on the the options selected in LeadSquared (LSQ). Whenever a student starts a new application, whether by registering in the enrollment system using a registration link from LSQ or by clicking the New Application button on the homepage, the new application will be created with rep, campus, and program options that match the student’s Lead in LSQ.

In order for a student to complete an application with a new campus, rep, or program their Opportunity must be updated in LSQ first and then they’ll need to start and complete a new application after Salesforce is up to date. If the student has already started an application but needs one of those options to change, they’ll need to start a new application after LeadSquared is updated.

Finding Students in LeadSquared

In the enrollment system each student has a link to their LeadSquared Lead on the student information page

Starting a New Application as a Student

Once a student has registered in the enrollment system they should not use the registration link provided in LeadSquared. That link is only for creating accounts. Once a student has registered they’ll need to login to the enrollment system at http://enrollment.tws.edu/ or https://enrollment.rsi.edu/ to continue applications or start new ones.

Once everything is set in LeadSquared the student is ready to login. Depending on the state of their previous application (if any), they’ll either be taken directly to their homepage on login or to the first page of their current in-progress application. If they’re not taken directly to the homepage they just need to click the Home button at the top right of the page.

On Mobile the Home button is in the menu which can be opened with the 3-lines icon at the top left of the page

On the home page the student can click the Start new Application button at the bottom of the page to start their new application. At this time the rep, campus, and program options will be fetched from LeadSquared and populated in the new application.
