How To Create A Weekend Class Time for a Program

Setting up a Weekend Class Time

Some programs have class time hours both on the weekend and during the week. To support this the enrollment system allows class times to be designated as weekend programs. To designate a class time as weekend first select the program you want to update. Then create a class time or find an existing one to update. At the top of the form for managing the class time there is a drop down selector to set the type of the program. Set this to “Weekend Program.”

Once the class time has been designated as a weekend program the form below will update to allow the input of both weekday and weekend class times. Fill these in and select the correct days option for each part.

Once all the class times and days are set, review the start dates for this class time. If all looks well click the Save Session button to save these updates.

Selecting a Weekend Class Time as a student

Once a program has class times that are weekend sessions available, students will see them as an option when choosing the class time for that program. These sessions will be listed as “Weekend Program” in the options presented to the student.

 

For students who select a Weekend Program class time, their enrollment agreement will list out the full class time schedule at the top.
