How to Sign an Application On Behalf of a Campus Rep

This functionality is restricted to Campus Admins and Super Users

This document describes how an authorized user can sign an application in place of a campus representative. This feature is to be used to sign applications in the event the rep is unavailable when those applications come ready for signature.

Authorizing Admin Users to Sign as Campus Rep

Campus Admins and Super Users may be given authorization to sign for reps in the Edit User screen.

Signing as a Campus Rep

When logged in as an authorized user there will be a new “Sign for Campus Rep” section at the top of the Signatures page. Here select a rep to get started. Once a rep is selected a list of applications will display. Click the “Sign this application” button next to the relevant application to proceed with signing.

Applications that are signed by someone other than the Campus Rep will be treated exactly the same as applications that are signed by the Rep as usual. The only difference will be the name for the signature on the Enrollment Agreement and exported documents.
